Designed by the Spanish archistar Salvador Arroyo, the Maggiore theater in Verbania is positioned as a landmark on the shores of Lake Maggiore occupying a panoramic position of great environmental value on the coast of the lake. The building, which resembles the shape of four river pebbles and is enriched by a large external amphitheater, is an architectural structure with a European and contemporary character, with a theater hall with five hundred seats inside, a minor room for two hundred, a large foyer, dressing rooms, offices, rehearsal rooms, restaurant bars, warehouses, depots and other service areas. The large continuous facade realized with the Sirio and transom system reflects the colors of brackish water creating a perfect balance and uniformity of tones between the architecture and the surrounding natural landscape.
